On July 9, 2021, Link Asia Manpower Solutions participated in a conference between Philippine sending organizations and Japanese companies as a Philippine sending organization.

This conference was hosted by JEPPCA, an organization formed by Philippine sending organizations that send their students to Japan. Link Asia Manpower Solutions participated in the conference as a member of JEPPCA.

Due to the effects of the new coronavirus, Japan is still suspending the entry of foreigners into the country, but there were many companies that wanted to hire Filipino staff in preparation for when the entry is reopened

Link Asia Manpower Solutions is able to assist the host company with the POLO application process even while the entry of foreigners into Japan is stopped
